Your piece is prepared in China before it begins its journey to you.

First, kaiguang at Chongyang Palace

Preparation in China: 10 business days. Each physical order is sourced and prepared at Chongyang Palace (重阳宫), China, including kaiguang consecration. This temple preparation is included in the price and is completed before dispatch.

Delivery after dispatch: up to 10 business days. Please allow up to 20 business days in total from order to arrival. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Standard shipping is US$6.99 for an order subtotal of US$79.00 or less, and free on orders over US$79.00, after discounts and before shipping and taxes. Supported destinations and the final charge are shown at checkout.

For a date-sensitive gift, or if your parcel has not arrived within the stated period, contact Mike with your order number. Please report address changes before dispatch.

Ordering a gift

Please plan for the full preparation and delivery period. The 10-business-day preparation stage is part of the order, not part of the shipping estimate. For a birthday, Lunar New Year or another fixed date, contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether there is enough time.

Changming Lamp reservations

The 2027 Changming Lamp is a prepaid reservation for a one-year offering at Chongyang Palace. The lamp will be lit and the opening ritual held on 1 January 2027, followed by one year of daily care. The included talisman will arrive within 20 business days of your order. Talisman delivery and the fixed lamp-lighting date follow separate schedules. The lamp remains at the palace.

Personal services

Written readings are delivered digitally and do not require shipping. Some ritual bookings and the Changming Lamp offering include a mailed talisman; those orders require a delivery address. The one-year lamp offering remains at Chongyang Palace. Check the selected service page for its scope, preparation schedule and what will be sent to you.
