Every physical item is personally consecrated and blessed by Mike Wang at Chongyang Palace in China. The preparation is included in the price.

Feng Shui preparation is a traditional spiritual practice. You can choose a piece for its meaning without changing your personal faith; decide whether the practice fits your own beliefs.

Our products are offered with Feng Shui meanings and personal intentions. You do not need to adopt a new faith to appreciate a piece. Whether its preparation fits your beliefs is a personal choice.

Allow 10 business days for sourcing and preparation in China, including kaiguang consecration at Chongyang Palace (重阳宫). This is included in the price and happens before dispatch.

For supported destinations, standard shipping is US$6.99 for an order subtotal of US$79.00 or less, and free when the order subtotal is over US$79.00 (US$79.01 or more). Eligibility is calculated after discounts and before shipping and taxes. The same standard shipping rates apply to US and supported international destinations.

Shipping transit is additional to the preparation period of 10 business days. Remote written services do not require shipping. Available destinations and the final charge are shown at checkout; platform-restricted destinations are excluded. Allow up to 10 business days after dispatch for delivery. The separate 10-business-day preparation stage means you should plan for up to 20 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Use the order support form as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. We can update it before dispatch. Once the parcel has shipped, we cannot change the address.

We currently accept payment through PayPal. PayPal may offer a debit or credit card option without an account, but guest checkout is not available for every buyer or transaction. Available options are shown on PayPal's payment screen. If you cannot find a suitable option, contact us before placing your order.

We do not accept cash on delivery or direct bank payments. Please use the available online checkout methods.

Check the currency and final total shown at checkout before paying. If the payment currency differs from your card or account currency, your payment provider may apply conversion rates or fees.

Consecrated products: no voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges after delivery. Quality issues are covered.

If an item develops a non-misuse quality issue within 30 days of delivery, arrives damaged in transit, or is incorrect because of our error, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, without requiring the item to be returned.

Before dispatch: contact us promptly to cancel an accidental purchase or change-of-mind order. Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.

Your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights, remain unaffected. Consecration alone does not remove those rights. The 30-day replacement commitment does not shorten any longer rights provided by law.

Every physical piece is personally prepared by Mike Wang with kaiguang consecration at Chongyang Palace (重阳宫), China. Allow 10 business days for preparation before dispatch. The preparation is included in the price.

Kaiguang is a traditional spiritual practice. Choose a piece according to its meaning, its practical details and your own beliefs.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, hard impacts and prolonged moisture. Store separately in a clean, dry place when not in use. Follow any material-specific care instructions on the product page. Avoid soaking, salt-water cleansing and abrasive cleaners unless the product instructions explicitly permit them.

Damage does not mean bad luck. Stop wearing a damaged item if it has sharp edges or loose parts and keep loose pieces safely away from children and pets.

Bracelets and rings have fixed sizes; custom sizing is not available. Measure your wrist or check your ring size, then compare it with the measurements for the specific design. Wear it comfortably as jewellery, following any specific instructions supplied by Mike. Keep its personal intention in mind. Continuous wear is not required, and it is sensible to remove it for activities that may damage it.

No. An item can break through impact, wear or material stress; damage is not evidence of bad luck. Keep any broken pieces safely. If it arrived damaged or has a quality issue, use order support with your order number and photographs.

The Wealth, Career, Protection/Peace/Happiness and Love/Harmony paper options are listed as hand-drawn, approximately 15 cm long, sealed in protective plastic and supplied in a cotton blessing bag. This does not describe every talisman: wood pieces and the separate 2027 Tai Sui set have their own specifications. Check the selected product page for dimensions, packaging and quantity.

Keep the talisman in its cotton blessing bag in a clean, dry, secure place where you regularly spend time, such as a bedside drawer or shelf. You do not need continuous skin contact.

Keep the protective plastic intact. Avoid heat, water, tearing and access by children or pets. Do not burn, ingest or modify it. Brief handling by another person does not mean you need a replacement.

For a personal talisman, choose its recipient before preparation. For a gift, order for the intended recipient rather than passing on a talisman already prepared and used for you. Different intentions can be chosen together; buying duplicates is not necessary and does not guarantee a stronger result.

One personalised written Feng Shui report of approximately 1,000–2,000 words, based on your circumstances and agreed questions. It can explore relationships, career, wealth patterns and personal direction, with practical points for reflection. Ritual services and physical products are separate.

Mike Wang personally prepares your reading. The focus is on your situation and the questions agreed with you before the work begins.

Allow approximately three days after the complete information has been received and the scope confirmed. Mike will discuss the schedule with you if the preparation requires more time. Reports are delivered in writing by WhatsApp or email.

Provide your date of birth, exact birth time if known, birthplace, current country, occupation and the main questions you want to explore. Enter these details in the purchase form where requested; if your birth time is unknown, write “unknown” rather than estimating it. Share only information relevant to the service, and do not include passwords or payment-card details.

The 2027 Changming Lamp is a prepaid reservation for a one-year offering at Chongyang Palace. The lamp will be lit and the opening ritual held on 1 January 2027, followed by one year of daily care. The included talisman will arrive within 20 business days of your order. Talisman delivery and the fixed lamp-lighting date follow separate schedules. The lamp remains at the palace.
