This guide explains our paper talismans and the separate wood talisman listing. Their physical materials and handling needs differ. Traditional meanings describe the intention of the preparation, not a measurable energy radius or a guaranteed result.
Paper talismans and wood talismans are different items
Our paper talismans are described as hand-drawn on paper, approximately 15 cm long, sealed in protective plastic and supplied in a cotton blessing bag. Read the individual listing for the number of talismans in a set. These paper dimensions and packaging details should not be applied to a different material.
The Lightning-Struck Jujube Wood Talisman is a separate wood item. Use its own description when checking contents and care. A material name or catalogue photograph is not a substitute for dimensions or supporting provenance information.
Choose the intention before choosing the quantity
Start with the main reason you are considering a talisman. An individual Wealth Talisman focuses the listing on one prosperity intention. The Protection, Wealth & Luck Talisman Set contains three paper talismans for the named intentions. Compare that scope with your needs rather than assuming that a larger set must be more appropriate.

Where to keep a paper talisman

Do not store paper talismans beside a candle, heater, sink or leaking bottle. Avoid locations where young children or pets could chew the paper, plastic or bag. You do not need to open the protective plastic to put it into daily use.
Does it need to stay next to me all day?
No continuous contact is required under our general care guidance. Choose a suitable place and follow any item-specific preparation instructions supplied with your order. We do not specify a scientifically measurable distance within which a talisman affects you or other people.
Can another person touch it briefly?
Brief handling does not mean that you need to buy a replacement. The immediate practical concern is keeping the item clean and preventing damage. A personal talisman should still be ordered for its intended recipient.
What information should you provide when buying?
Use the preparation fields on the product page where requested. A useful description names the current situation, the main difficulty and the outcome you would like to work toward. For example, describing a period of repeated job changes and the type of stability you want gives clearer context than writing only “better luck.” It does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Should I burn, wash or cleanse the talisman with salt?
No. Do not burn, ingest, wash or alter these products based on a general ritual tip. Keep paper, plastic and wood away from water and heat, and follow the instructions supplied for the exact item.
What if it is damaged?
Damage can happen through wear, tearing or moisture and is not evidence of bad luck. Keep the remaining parts secure. If the item arrived damaged or has a quality issue, use order support with the order number and photographs where possible.
When is it dispatched?
Each physical item is personally consecrated by Mike Wang at a temple at a specially selected auspicious time. Preparation happens before shipping; carrier transit estimates do not include that preparation period. Read the ordering FAQs and the applicable policy before buying.
