Personal consecration

Every physical item is personally consecrated by Mike Wang at a temple, at a specially selected auspicious time. The preparation is included in the price.

Feng Shui preparation is a traditional spiritual practice. You can choose a piece for its meaning without changing your personal faith; decide whether the practice fits your own beliefs.

How to keep & use your talisman

Keep the talisman in its cotton blessing bag in a clean, dry, secure place where you regularly spend time, such as a bedside drawer or shelf. You do not need continuous skin contact.

Keep the protective plastic intact. Avoid heat, water, tearing and access by children or pets. Do not burn, ingest or modify it. Brief handling by another person does not mean you need a replacement.

For a personal talisman, choose its recipient before preparation and include that person’s intention with the order. Select a new talisman for a gift rather than passing on a used one. Different intentions can be described together; buying duplicates is not necessary and does not guarantee a stronger result.

Preparation, shipping & delivery

Temple preparation comes before shipping. A specially selected auspicious time is required, so orders are not promised to leave within 24–48 hours of purchase.

The following carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and exclude preparation, customs delays and public holidays:

  • UK and listed European destinations (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland): approximately 8–10 business days.
  • Australia: approximately 12–14 business days.
  • New Zealand: approximately 10–25 business days.
  • Mexico, when available at checkout: approximately 12–14 business days.
  • Other supported destinations: approximately 10–25 business days.

Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Preparation takes place before dispatch; these transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

To change your address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update it before dispatch; once shipped, we cannot change the address.

Returns, quality support & cancellations

Consecrated products: no voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges after delivery. Quality issues are covered.

If an item develops a non-misuse quality issue within 30 days of delivery, arrives damaged in transit, or is incorrect because of our error, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, without requiring the item to be returned.

Before dispatch: contact us promptly to cancel an accidental purchase or change-of-mind order. Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.

Your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights, remain unaffected. Consecration alone does not remove those rights. The 30-day replacement commitment does not shorten any longer rights provided by law.
